The services on this site are provided by Omnipearl, LLC. The service terms &
conditions agreement between the customer and Omnipearl, LLC is initiated when
Omnipearl provides written confirmation of the scheduled appointment to the
customer via email.
In order to serve you better and to keep the service cost down, we have
developed an efficient scheduling system. However, the cost of providing service
increases greatly when people fail to keep scheduled appointments or cancel at
the last minute. We make every effort to respect the time reserved for the
people we serve and ask for the same courtesy in return. Please help us control
costs by being on time for your appointment or giving us 24 hour notice (if
there is a need to cancel), or you will be charged a $25 service fee.

Advance booking - Saturdays and late afternoons are peak times for receiving a
service. To ensure a preferred time, book as far in advance as possible to avoid
A valid major credit card is required for any appointment scheduled.
On arrival, the customer at the service location the service is requested must
be at least 18 years of age for the technician to be able to enter the premises
to conduct the work. If the customer appears to be under age, the technician
reserves the right to request a valid government issued identification card
showing proof of identity and age from the individual. If a customer fails to
meet these requirements, Omnipearl will then cancel the appointment and a no
show service charge of $25 will be charged due to the customer failing to meet
our age requirement.
The price of each product or service is regularly reviewed and may often change.
Promotional or discounted offers on this site are provided at our discretion.
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
All services will be subject to local and state sales tax under state laws in
which the service is provided.
Appointment scheduling on others behalf
When you make a scheduled appointment, you guarantee that you have the authority
to accept, and do accept these terms & conditions on your behalf and on behalf
of all members of your party and, further, if you are scheduling an appointment
for more than one person, you will be responsible for all payments due from each
and every party member for whom you are making an appointment for. It is your
responsibility to ensure that any information which is given to you by us or any
of our employees or Suppliers is passed onto all members of your party. Any
information which we give to you shall be deemed as given to each and every
party member for whom you are making or have made an appointment.
Please advise us of any special requests and we will notate it on your account.
However, we cannot guarantee your special request as we do not have any direct
control over the manner in which the services are provided.
Credit Card and Deposit Policy
A valid credit card or gift card number is required when booking your services.
A preauthorized security deposit charge of $25 will be applied to your account
to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards the final service
bill when the job is completed. However, you will forfeit the $25 fee, if you
fail to show up or not be present at the location in which the service was
Acceptable Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Cash, and Omnipearl
Gift Certificates only.
Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at time of booking
if booking by phone.
Personal checks and travelers checks are not accepted.
As a courtesy, we send a total of 3 notifications on average.
After initially booking a service appointment you
will receive an email confirmation within the first hour of doing so.
28 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you
will receive an appointment reminder via email.
2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you
will receive a final appointment reminder in the form of a text message.
The Booking of services for multiple clients in a party will be subject to the
same terms and conditions as a single booking. If any cancellation is less than
24 hours of the appointment time, the deposit will be non-refundable.
If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate others
whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your tech
will then determine if there is enough time remaining to conduct service.
Regardless of the length of the service time actually allocated, you will be
responsible for the cancellation of your appointment and a $25 fee. We will
generally wait up to 15 minutes as a courtesy after scheduled time. Out of
respect and consideration for your tech and other customers, please plan
accordingly to be on time.
No-shows / Not Available
If there is no one available to let the technician into the location that the
service was scheduled for, then it will be considered a No-Show/Not Available
Status. At this point, the technician will notate the account as such and the
customer will be charged a $25 fee (which is a forfeit of the booking deposit).
In the event where we are unable to confirm the initial requested time slot, we
will call you to inform you of the details of alternative scheduling times or
lack of availability. At that time you will have the option to accept the
alternative scheduling date and time or receive a refund of the total amount
paid to us by you for your original booking.
To ensure proper scheduling management, our technicians are required to check in
before starting the job to report arrival time and to notate that the customer
has all of the proper elements needed in order to complete the task.
Keeping our commitment to cleanliness and safety, we request that the work area
is cleaned and free from dirt, debris and clutter to ensure service efficiency.
If the work area is not in an acceptable condition, the technician will be
forced to cancel and reschedule the appointment until the work area conditions
are suitable to conduct service. In addition, a $25 missed appointment fee
will be charged.
Loss or Damage of Personal Property
Omnipearl is not responsible for any personal belongings. We strongly recommend
that the work area is properly cleared of any valuable, breakable or
un-necessary items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Children / Pets
Please properly secure any young children and pets from the technicians work
area. For it may cause safety issues or unnecessary distractions resulting in
the technician not being able to complete the job in a timely manner.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your group,
family or team do not behave in a way which is inappropriate or causes danger,
distress, offence or damage to technicians or which risks damage to property
belonging to technicians.
If, in our reasonable opinion, your behavior is inappropriate and causes danger,
distress, offence, or damage to others, or risks damage to property belonging to
the technicians, we may take appropriate action in order to ensure the safety
and comfort of our technicians or customers and their property and that of our
technicians, including terminating your service appointment, in which case our
responsibility to you will cease immediately and you will not be eligible for
any refunds, payments of compensation and/or any reimbursement of any cost or
expenses you may incur as a result of such termination. Further, you will be
liable to reimburse us for any expenses we incur necessarily as a result of such

Events beyond our control
Except where otherwise expressly stated in these booking conditions, we regret
that we cannot be held liable or pay any compensation where the performance of
our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by circumstances beyond our
control as described in paragraph below.
These include: unusual, unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond our control,
the consequences of which could not be avoided even if all due care has been
exercised including but not limited to war, threat of war, riot, civil
disobedience or strife, government action, terrorist activity, natural or
industrial disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers
or floods, automobile accidents, traffic jams and may also include issues
involving third parties, technical or maintenance problems or unforeseen
operational decisions of internet service providers such as changes of schedule
or any failure in the information technology infrastructure (including but not
limited to our website) or failure in internet connections. Customers lack of
required services (ex. Internet service, online service subscriptions such as
Xbox live, Google or apple accounts) or equipment except where otherwise
expressly stated in these booking conditions.
For details of how we may use information which we obtain from you by your use
of the site, please refer to our

Third party rights
A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no rights
under the Contracts to enforce any term of these booking terms and conditions.

Changes to terms and conditions
We may amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If we
do amend these terms and conditions, the amended terms will be effective when
posted on this website and you are deemed to have accepted the relevant changes.
These booking terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance
with state laws and shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any
dispute which arises thereto. Additionally, your appointment may also be subject
to local and state laws which may change from time to time. We are not liable
for any bookings which do not comply with such local and state laws.
